on 4/18/2007 20-rock remedy - It's easy to overdo it with this remedy, but every time I get an upset stomach, I just have a 20-rock and it goes away. Be sure to have lip balm available in case you need it.

on 10/18/2006 Have a strong cup of tea with milk, and two slices of toast with peanut butter. The peanut butter and toast will asborb acid. The caffeine in the tea will relax your stomach muscles easing pain, and antioxidants in the tea will give you a boost.

on 9/26/2006 Add a teaspoon of baking soda to 1/2 a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1 cup of water, boil, and pour over loose ginger tea, steep for at least 5 minutes.

The taste takes some getting used to, but it always works for me. You do not even have to boil or steep if you don't want to.

on 8/8/2006 When I get a stomach ache, I usually take peanut butter, bananas and milk and blend it until it is smooth. Then I drink it while it is still really cold and eat exactly 4 slices of Oscar Mayer bologna. Then I lie down and watch Casa Blanca. It always settles my stomach and puts me to sleep.

on 3/10/2006 Dab a bit of nail-polish remover on a cotton bud or on your pillow if you're going to sleep. If you smell this it makes you feel a bit better.
