on 11/22/2005 I can't remember whether it's club soda or seltzer water... but if you spill red wine on carpet... it bubbles it right up! Amazing!

on 11/22/2005 As soon as the wine is spilt, immediately cover the stain with salt, until the salt is no longer absorbing the wine. Leave it to dry overnight and hoover up the next morning. The stain will disappear.

on 11/22/2005 Pouring soda water on the stain can help break it down further so that it can be more easily blotted out.
