on 7/26/2008 Every single time you find your mind obsessively wandering into negative thought, STOP IT. It takes practice, but with effort, it can be done. I made it a goal last year that after allowing myself to think about something briefly, to then let it go and to not allow myself to spiral into negative thought. With an entire month of practice, I was able to overcome the OCD mental process.
on 7/26/2008 In order to stay positive, the target has be achieved. In other words, you set a goal for the day, whether it is doing some home work or writing out a piece, you make sure that it is completed.
