Do not worry about everything. Do not let no man get under your skin. Eat well and drink water, exercise or go for a walk, if you can not exercise the way you want to. You can work out in the bedroom that is the best work out you can get.If you or working out with someone that you is going to give you a run for your money. LoL. I am in my 50's and I do not look it so take it from someone that no. Have fun looking good at 30's, 40's, 50's.

Attitude and suggestions all should/could look towards when they are 50 or older.

The saying," you're as young as you feel." With a good mental outlook, plenty of exercise and the right diet you can feel alot younger than your age. Of course, the love of a good man helps.5*

All good suggestions. Mental ageing is the worst, if you feel old, you act old, then you look old too.
