on 8/14/2008 ummm, i totally disagree with this. i'm super slim (not disputing the fat thing) and i doubt that eating less than i should is REALLy going to give me six-pack abs. try again.
on 6/18/2008 I always suspected there was a nice 6-pack hiding under there somewhere. I just have to get rid of the keg that's sitting in front of it, huh? My goals for this year just changed. Thank you! Good article.
