BeautiControl's Skinlogics Clear line has cleared up my problem skin after years of aggravation! The set comes with spot treatment duo (one end for morning and one end for night) that is a miracle acne killer!

Oh, and washing your hair and keeping your hair off your skin also helps! I found that when I had longer hair and I didn't wash it much I had lots of skin problems on my forehead, as soon as I cut it all off it cleared up a lot.
Also not touching your skin/face helps, as if you fiddle/pick your skin you transfer germs and bacteria around and make it worse.

I have found that eating well, and washing my face with fresh, cool water and drying works well. Also as mentioned I have found that using a face-friendly moisturiser instead of skin-drying cleansers works much better too!
If your skin is dry it produces extra oils to try and keep it moist but that is the main cause of pimples!

Eating greasy foods are not and old wives' tale.. take a look at your skin after you eat that crap! Also, there is a reason that it was once said.. Think about it. It's just like a rumor, it started some how. Doctors also say candy DOESNT affect children. I know thats a crock!!!!

yes, keeping your skin moisturized is good advice, because dry skin overproduces oils, causing build-up and acne
Be careful not to over wash your face. Over washing irritates your skin and again leads to over compensation by your skin.. . again leading to ache. A good cleanser which foams and/or deep cleans works for both makeup and makeup free skin. It's good to have a cleanser or moisturizer that has preferably salicylic acid in one and benzoyl peroxide in the other. Both work together to help keep your face clear and free of acne and etc.

on 10/19/2008 Wash your pillow cases often. Grease and oil from your hair and skin gets on your pillow cases and transfers back to your face.
