on 5/2/2008 Great idea! You can also make homemade yogurt in a thermos overnight--scald the milk, let it cool to the incubation temperature, stir in the yogurt, and pour it into the thermos. Close it tightly and leave it. You will have yogurt in the morning! Thanks. 5 stars.
