on 9/10/2006 For theater, my director always says to put black eyeliner on the top of your eye, and white eyeliner on the inside of the rim of your bottom eyelid, but this looks kinda creepy for everyday use. I switch it and put black eyeliner on the inside rim of my bottom eyelid and it really makes my eyes pop.
on 10/30/2007 I learned that putting brown mascara on the bottom eyelashes, and putting black mascara on the top really bring out not only the color in your eyes, but the size of your eyes as well.
