on 4/17/2008 Great article! Another tip which I think you hit on is add chopped up potatoes to taco meat, you can't taste them and it really stretches the meat. Also you can make dumplings for any soup with just flour and water. Make small balls with the dough and drop it into the soup and it makes it more filling and stretches it even more! Great article 5 stars!!!!!
