Better yet- Get one tube of Jimmy Dean sausage, one regular size cream cheese, one pack of turkey bacon and about 15-18 japs, oh and always use rubber disposable gloves!1. Brown the sausage- drain and rinse2. Combine with cream cheese in a mixing bowl, stir until it's a thick consistent mixture3. cut japs in half lengthwise and use your gloved thumb to scoop all the seeds out.4. fill each half with the sausage/cream cheese mixture5. wrap each jap with a slice of turkey bacon- I actually cut the turkey bacon pieces in half, lengthwise as a full piece tends to cover the entire jap6. as you prepare each jap, place them on what i think is a cookie rack- it's like a grate, not a solid pan7. When the rack is full, place it on the top rack in the oven and place a cookie pan or sheet below it on the bottom rack- if you don't do this, the japs get soggy- very important!8. Cook at 350 fo...
