on 9/28/2008 Great info! 5*
on 8/28/2008 a wow rating from me, well done!
on 8/20/2008 This seems to be an intense exercise. thanks for sharing. Behappy
on 8/12/2008 What an interesting approach to quit smoking. This article will appeal to smokers who have tried all the conventional methods and failed. Quitting smoking is such a difficult habit to break so whatever method works!
on 7/22/2008 This method for many can take some time, even days. The purpose of the beverage is to quench your desire to head off to the fridge and GIVE UP on your self! And if it is taking hours trying to find yourself? Then you are most likely NOT taking yourself very serious!!
on 7/2/2008 interesting hypnosis tactic. I have heard of using mirrors before for subconscious reactions, but I too am confused about the beverage.
on 6/19/2008 This is an excellent article. I have been smoke free for 1 year now, but my inspiration was when I was pregnant I didn't want to smoke around my daughter nor did I want to start her life off with smoke filled lungs. But Questions.... What is the purpose of the beverage? Would this work for other goals/objectives? How would you apply this if it can work for other visions of yourself? Thanks again for a great article. I think everyone who smokes should read this.
on 5/15/2008 When it comes to quitting try whatever you think may work for you. I was actually a "closet smoker" for about a year! LOL! No one knew I still smoked and it ended up working for me. My last cigarette was in 1997. Thank you Jesus!! : ) 5 Stars ~!~
on 4/16/2008 I'm just glad that I never took it up.
on 4/13/2008 Not sure that this will really work but when your trying to do something giving even the simple things a try can help. Thanks.
