on 6/25/2008 Yes, I usually order a big meal at the restaurant, so I can always take it to go. I never want to eat all of the meal in the restaurant. I want to save it for the next day.
on 6/16/2008 Grocery store deli's are great for putting together a quick sandwich with turkey, low-fat cheese and rolls. Then grab an apple and you've got a healthy lunch.
on 6/2/2008 avoid anything with a barcode on it. If someone had enough time to packadge something, and stick a barcode on it, chances are high it is loaded with preservatives.
on 5/29/2008 Avoiding fried food can be hard on the go, but it is defiantly worth while.
