on 5/1/2008 I can recommend a wonderful personal injury lawyer if anyone is interested...and you dont have to worry about money or paying them because if they dont win your case, you dont have to pay anything! If they do win, they take a small portion of the total of the winnings. This firm is the best...In fact my lawyer was voted the best lawyer of 2008! His name is Dan Buttafuoco (no relation to Joey! lol) His office is in New York but I know he has clients from all 50 states. His firm was so great with my case! They were all so nice, and explained everything every step of the way, checked up on me to see how i was doing and returned phone calls immediately! on 4/24/2008 I have 100% physical custody of my sons, but have 50/50 legal custody. I want to move out of state and try to better my life, income, housing, and be able to care for my sons. My ex has been ordered to pay support, but does not. I am told unless I can prove I will have housing and a better paying job, I can't move. In order to get a better paying job and housing I have to already have relocated. It seems to be a visious circle. How can I procede with moving yet keep a job here too?
