on 4/24/2008 I have 100% physical custody of my sons, but have 50/50 legal custody. I want to move out of state and try to better my life, income, housing, and be able to care for my sons. My ex has been ordered to pay support, but does not. I am told unless I can prove I will have housing and a better paying job, I can't move. In order to get a better paying job and housing I have to already have relocated. It seems to be a visious circle. How can I procede with moving yet keep a job here too?
