on 5/12/2008 I'm a terrible procrastinator, but wanted to mention something that's been a HUGE help in fact I've been able to list, track and accomplish goals that I've had for YEARS by using the networking/community website created by the Amazon folks (if I'm not mistaken) called 43 Things! It still takes a little will power and discipline, and I'm not at all "cured" as I still procrastinate, but overall it's been a great help, I've made strides in getting some stuff done and seem to be creating spiral toward accomplishing positive goals instead of spiraling down as has been the more usual trend for me. I encourage anyone who spends time online anyway to give it a try; it may work for YOU too!!! http://www.43things.com/

on 5/5/2008 I found a woderful program that helped me break my procrastination habit. It is a 21 step, 21 day program that's easy to do. It's here: tinyurl . com/44ycrx. I listen to the audio cd's on my way to work when I'm relaxed. It has done wonders for me.

on 4/23/2008 even if you think of postponing something. Put a certain date and reminder on it, so that you hit it next time for sure.

on 4/11/2008 Making a list of things to do, and crossing the things that are done always gave me motivation. One of the organizational parts of procrastinating that has been hard to do for me, is to actually make a list in a first place!

on 3/31/2008 I'm a professional English tutor. When I tutor someone on how to write an essay, I tell the person to write the body first. Then, after the person knows what he or she is introducing, write the introduction. Finally, write the conclusion.
