Many thanks for your information. My guinea pig's fur has grown back and I also use this method to treat my newly adopted guinea pig as a precaution.

Here's the link to the dosing chart: http://www.guinealynx.info/topical_ivermectin.htmlAnd another helpful post, with pictures: http://www.guinealynx.info/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30325You'll need to dose him at least twice, preferably three times. Each dose should be 7 to 10 days apart. Good luck! I hope the little guy feels better soon.

I have a guinea pig with repeated mite problem, I brought him to the vet 4-5 times for the same problem and everytime he got several doses of this injection. I have no idea where he got this from, he is a indoor pet and we don't have other pets. I bleach his cage every week and change all his beddings. I clean his cage 1-2 times a day for those wet spots and bump him with lot of Vitamin C. I really can't figure out what went wrong!! Anyway, please let me know how to dose the guinea pig with this medicine as you mentioned about the dosing chart which I couldn't find on this page. Thanks a million!!!!
