Thanks for writing.

It's hard because everyone is busy, but people can find 30 minutes three times a week to devote to their health. It's a matter of prioritizing and finding what works best for you. If they have to get up an hour earlier to fit it in before work, so be it. There's ALWAYS time somewhere.

Regarding cost, people need to look at their budgets and find places to sacrifice for the sake of their healthy. A decent dinner at a restaurant can cost at least $30. A movie (with snacks) can cost $15 or more. If they cut out one movie and one dinner per month, their already most of the way towards paying the membership.

As I said, it's all a matter of priorities.
