on 4/15/2008 Networking all the time is so important. You never know when you are going to make a contact. I carry cards with me everywhere. It works! Thanks for an excellent article.
on 4/10/2008 When I decide what I am going to sell, I'll use these techniques! Thanks Midnight!
on 4/7/2008 As a business owner and consultant to small businesses for more than 20 years, I can say that these ideas are right on the money. Great work. JRI
on 4/3/2008 Great article! One great way to find out if the yellow pages will impact your business or not is to get a seperate line that only the yellow page ad is directing people to call. No calls on that line during the course of your contract means it's not effective. It's a great way to find out if the long-term investment is worth it or not.
on 4/3/2008 These are very solid methods of increasing a customer base, sadly they are so underused...it's amazing just the number of people who don't have or have to fumble for a biz card when you ask. Great job!
on 3/30/2008 great info!
on 3/20/2008 Great Article. I think starting with people you know can be effective as long as you use a very light technique and not being pushy.
on 3/19/2008 Great advice on building customer base. I like number 1...networkign is really one of the effective ways you can get more people aware of what you do :)
