Return to article: How to Get the Most From Your Cell Phone Battery
on 7/4/2008 Wow, I will use this on my next new battery! Amazing how we can help each other by sharing info.
on 6/20/2008 I've made all those mistakes and have just learned those things myself! They really do help! Great!
on 5/4/2008 Your article is very good one but i think it will be best if you you add these : 1.Stop searching for a signal. When you are in an area with poor or no signal, your phone will constantly look for a better connection, and will use up all your power doing so, turn off your phone on these occassions. 2.Switch off the vibrate function on your phone, and use just the ring tone instead. The vibrate function uses up a lot of battery power. 3.Turn off your phone's back light. The back light is what makes the phone easier to read in bright light or outside. 4.Regardless of the battery type, use only a charger rated for your battery, and discontinue use of a charger that causes the battery to heat up excessively. 5.Flash photography can drain your battery especially quickly. If your phone has bluetooth capability, disable it when not in use.
on 3/12/2008 This is good to know as I am not good to my cell battery!
