on 5/5/2008 I take Light Chocolate Soymilk & 1/2 frozen banana --- blend in blender and top with cinnamon! Yummmy! Will have to try it with coffee.

on 3/13/2008 Hey Coralie, how about cutting the morning coffee "half caff" and "half decaff" and reducing the intake to 2-true 8 ounce cups daily, (not nightly) until you can get off the high octane (for the Cardio gig)... and all those Mountain Dew drinkers, man are they even going to have an even bigger problem in the future? That's what I see as a Behavioral Scientist here in Indy! I'm just wondering though, are all spices good for humans? Holistically healthy or Stimulating... It seems spices don't ever get a bad rap, lol.. oh well, your concise articles still make me an envious contributor... I can't even post a comment that succinct! Have a great weekend! Bailey
