on 9/27/2008 here is a web addy you can get a freestyle lite for free. www.FreeStyleLite.com and here is one for a one touch mini http://www.lifescan.com/products/meters/ all you have to do is click on the pic of the mini and it will bring up the form you need to fill out and i got mine in about a week. or if people dont wanna fill out the form you can always ask your doctor.

on 7/18/2008 there is not simple form to fill out to get the free glucose meter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
on 7/5/2008 where is this simple form to fill out at? i cant seem to find it and my mother in law needs a glucose meter badly.
