on 5/27/2008 I can tell by this article that you have actually been through it. I have never been a drunk, but did it occasionally. I haven't had any alcohol in 2 months, but it's not a problem for me.

Now, cigarettes were a different story. But I just up and quit one night...fell into the trap a couple of times, but willed myself back to not smoking. It's a mind thing to me.
