on 3/9/2008 I have an alternative method that I've used many times.Put the glue on the back of the frame.press the oversized paper down securely (oversized by about 2 inches). When the glue is dry, take a fine piece of sand paper and gently sand the back edge of the paper and the the edge of the frame will be unmared and the paper with fall off with knife-edge precision.
try it . Works everytime. cheers
