on 3/1/2008 #6 I think its good advice, to never agree to those guidelines, however it is better to not bring in the word "commitment" or "serious relationship" until later. I was making mistakes for a long time assuming that I had to be committed to these people because I persued a relationship with them until I started dating my boyfriend now. We have both been in really long relationships and we just wanted to "have fun" but in all honestly we knew each other well enough to know that it could eventually be something we decided to take further, which we did! Allowing yourself to back out and move in is important! Remember dating isn't marriage and you have to right to leave whenever you wish.
on 1/26/2008 Spend time alone and indulge in all those things that you have always put off so others could be looked after. Go to that fabulous restaurant, have luxury candlelit bubble baths, visit a spa, make all of your "I wishes" come true. Show yourself the love you deserve!
