on 1/24/2008 Very realistic. Remember to eat HEALTHY when breastfeeding, NOT eat everything in sight like I did! You will gradually have to return to regular calorie intake. Keep healthy foods in the house and keep the pressure off yourself. Enjoy that baby!
on 1/22/2008 Women shouldn't have to feel pressure to get their body back so quickly after a baby. There are much more important things to focus on, the weight will come off in time. These are some nice tips for easing back into your old body, patience and time is the key, and above all, don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. Babies grow up so fast, you don't want to spend that precious time worrying about looking perfect.
on 1/20/2008 Most of those celebrities have c-sections/tummy tucks which helps them pull everything in. But for the rest of us out there, these are awesome tips!
