on 1/3/2008 Great article. I've had to use a lot of these tips over the past 9 months while recovering from pregnancy. Wearing layers and proper fitting clothing is much easier and nicer than wearing your old, too small clothes and always having to cross your arms or hold a pillow in front of your stomach!

on 1/2/2008 I'm glad they helped. :-) I was one size most my life and the last year or so fit at least one of the scenarios in the first paragraph. If I don't exercize a lot the weight returns - it took some serious adjusting too! Best of luck. :-)
