on 5/2/2008 I really like the idea of imaging negative feelings leaving in the form of black smoke. I plan to try this visualization the next time I feel panic coming on.
on 1/8/2008 This is a good idea if you know it is coming on. Breathing helps and checking in with your doctor so that you know what is going on will help. Fear of the unknown can be consuming.
