Return to article: How to Get Rid Of Fleas In Your Home Naturally
on 8/22/2008 I LOVE DE! We have dogs and I don't like using commercial chemicals. This is a great article. Have you also heard that mint (like spearmint) that you plant in the garden will also repel fleas? Thanks!
on 4/5/2008 Gingerbred - the DE can be used on your furniture as well. Walkaboutangel - It only takes a matter of a couple days to kill them. It depends on when they come into contact with the DE as it pierces them and causes them to dehydrate and die.
on 4/5/2008 Thanks for the info!
on 1/8/2008 I do not have carpet. I have hardwood floors and no rugs, but how do I get the fleas out of couches and beds?
on 12/26/2007 Wow I will have to try this.
on 12/6/2007 Angel, likely about 2 days. They get cut and dehydrate. Won't take long for something so small to dehydrate, it's the waiting to come into contact part that is the variable. For this reason, be liberal in your sprinklings.
on 12/5/2007 How long does it take to kill them? Angel
on 12/4/2007 This also works in you gardens and around the kitchen with roaches.
on 12/1/2007 great idea, this does work as that is what I do also
