on 4/11/2008 Very helpful - when I was in home ec (like 15 years ago) I think we were taught just crack the egg over your hand and hold the egg yolk - gross! Talk about bacteria, yuck. I have seen a little device to use but I doubt its worth it, your method is great.

on 4/2/2008 I make a hole on the top of the egg the whites sort of come out while the yellow stays in. i have to try this way to see if it is easier.
