There are conditions that aggravate depression, such as Low (yes, I said Low) blood cholesterol, gluten allergy, and other mineral and vitamin deficiencies that can affect mood.

on 11/27/2007 Thanks for writing an article on this tough topic. I don't think enough people talk about it. Surround yourself with people and vent if you need to. You don't realize how many people you will hurt either. The pain of losing a loved one to suicide doesn't go away.
