on 9/8/2009 Some things are more difficult to (habit-ize?) than others. Really important operations like changing underwear or bathing at least once per month carry their own reminders, or are obvious to friends or family...who will remind us..lol.

on 9/5/2009 Sure, just leave all those very important things right by the front door, where a thief can find them quickly. LOL A better choice is to have this assigned spot on the night table beside your bed. That way, if your house is on fire in the middle of the night, you can grab those important things and get out the window, rather than have them melt in the fire. You can call 911 once you're out of the house that way too.

on 9/3/2009 These are good tips. I try to keep those things in the same spot. The secret is to try not to get distracted.

on 9/1/2009 I've heard that if you do something 13 times your brain commits it to memory, but you say it takes 30 days to develop a habit in your brain. I wonder which is correct...? Not sure.
