on 12/5/2007 Thanks for the comment....I've been a personal trainer for awhile, but alot of what I learned came from common sense and trial and error. Your instructor sounds like a smart person. Take her advice, it will really help you alot.
on 11/29/2007 I really like this article. In the past, I have worked out only when I need to loose weight. Now, I am training for the profession of massage therapy, and I need to do weights and cardio a minimum of three times a week to keep up with the physical demands of the profession. I have been so tired, and our teacher just told the class if we are performing 4 massages a day, that we should increase our calorie count by 1000 per day. Now I know why I was incredibly tired and dropping weight to fast. I think that your article is very smart.
