Awesome ideas! Personally, for me, I still couldn't manage to find time to exercise between two kids, a husband and a job. My friend told me about ExerciseTV a year ago and I've been addicted ever since! The videos vary in length and style so you can find hundreds of different workouts from 6 minutes to 60 minutes long. Best part is that it is free and I just flip on my tv while my kids are napping and I'm ready.

One additional thing to remember is that the time you spend exercising, if it's 30-60 minutes a day (more can be less), is actually re-captured in your activity level throughout the rest of the day. Nice article! -Larry Fike, http://www.myspace.com/larryfike

Those are grat tips! There is always time to squeeze some exercise into even the busiest of days. I have great video called '5 minute coffee break boost' posted on the blog for 'fat into the fire'. It is under the videos section. I demo a quick workout that can be done at your desk, and talk about how to snack properly in order to maximize your energy and metabolism. http://blog.fatintothefire.com/2007/12/01/5-minute-afternoon-coffe-break-booster.aspx
