on 4/26/2008 Yeah...I'm pretty sure this needs to be 'Chain of Command' which is a common reference for organizational structure and/or flowchart. Its a good thought in either case. It is good to know where you will stand in the organization prior to being hired so there aren't any unrealistic expectations. In my case its the chain of 'reprimand'. I should have asked where I stood in that chain before I got hired.
on 4/26/2008 I always thought this was the Chain of Command. In step 2, do you mean "ladder" rather than "latter?"
