on 8/23/2008 Excellent article as I sit here grinding my teeth. I bought the mouth guard the cheap kind. I too gag but keep trying. It sure beats having to go to the dentist to have work done.
on 12/10/2007 I ate through 4 three hundred dollar mouth braces and finally bought a $7 dollar football mouth guard. It gagged me so much at night that my jaw gave up clenching knowing I would wear it until the bruxism stopped.

on 11/16/2007 using a warm press on your face doesnt really do anything. I used some of the exercises at www.cureforbruxism.com and they helped me a lot. The "hold and streach" method really seems to work for me.
