on 8/20/2008 As we age we don't produce the same human growth hormones that we did in our 20's. Due to the natural aging process we loose the elasticity in our skin, and our hair becomes much thinner. Adding more hair to fine limp hair will take years off of our appearance. Check out this website for an amazing secret.... Looking young is not just for celebrities anymore..

on 6/4/2008 I don't know about the ipod but wearing black is always a great way to look younger and thinner. It works everytime. As they say black is beautiful! :) Overall it was a good tip for older people. I agree with everything except for the ipod and texting...that would let others know you're trying too hard which can blow your cover.

on 3/22/2008 so looking younger means hiding behind a black and neutral ensemble, with highlighted hair, and of course keeping an I-pod with you as proof of your adolescence, I assume you need to have youthful music on it as well... Listen this is a joke. I'm young, and I see this all the time in older women. Being confident in yourself, drinking a ton of water, keeping in decent shape, and using an spf everyday is as close to youthful as anyone is going to get in old age. Listen, you know the women and men who successfully look young at old age, they're not wearing black and and using props, they are healthy and happy. Get these two steps down and the rest will come.
