on 7/8/2009 Riddex does not work. I have one plugged into an outlet in the kitchen & the mice run right by it, no effect what so ever. I'm going to try the peppermint oil. Hope it works.

on 6/17/2008 I have a mouse in my house. It is running me crazy! I havee spent a day surfing for an answer. This is not the first time I have run into peppermint oil. I am going to try it. I hear ammonia is also effective. Thanks for your post.

on 11/4/2007 When you have 3 cats in the house at night, not too much will get by them. I have a 15 lb. cat outdoors and she takes care of the outside. Also, at this time of the year, there is a pair of hoot owls that nest in the big tree in my back yard, and they are the best mousers on this planet. I can hear them at night calling to each other. Plus I had a team of people come by last year to my home, from a program for citizens and customers of the gas company here where I live, and they winterize your home if you meet their income guidlines. Which is a neat deal, and I never had to pay one red cent for any of that. It would have cost me a bundle if a pro had done it!
