on 10/21/2007 jOANNA dUFF! You are one ambitious young woman! Yes, this is the "Supreme", hands down, Crazy Good Omelete... I just had breakfast with "Kiss Flannigan" (noted practioner of only eating out, all meals) and we really really would like to thank you for the omelete recipe! But E.how can you possibly do that on an any morning of the week but Sunday, maybe... LOL? It took me an hour to just do the "Saute." I'm not as cool as you obviously are, in the kitchen! I do know that your last Tips and Warning thingy is right after spending an hour and a half making breakfast for "Kiss" and messin' it up... well, it would be Transformed into the Scambled eggs quicker than anything else I did today! Very Cool, Very interesting "Kiss" is eating still (Can't still be that Omelete could it?) Thanx, Bailey
