These all sound pretty cool. Thanks for the article and the information that it isn't just fat but also bad circulation that causes cellulite. ;-)

Wow... lol this was an interesting article to read. I think I'll give it a whirl I just hope no one catches me doing the alphabet on the wall with my behind :)

I think this all makes sense. I approve of home remedies to do at home, as opposed to the expensive overrated treatments at the beauty salons. The warm water tip is good!

workng out does not get rrid of cellutite it only tones the muscle underneath th fat which is causing it. Also it's not just fat people that have cellulite, I'm as skinny as anything and still have it on my bum and back of my thighs. what causes it is bad circulation. and the caffeine in coffee is proven to accelerate the circulation. So TRY getting your facts right before slating someone thats just trying to do a good deed.

try getting off of the couch and working out. eating chips in front of the tv and then running to the kitchen to rub coffee grounds on your butt just isn't going to work. nice try.

I think it sounds feasible. After all, anything which stimulates blood flow will automatically help with cellulite....and anything from ground coffee to corn meal will help with exfoliation and unblocking the pores, which in turn adds to the circulation.
I wouldn't like to drink water with cucumber but the water with lemon juice sounds good!
I like this article!

This is borderline Old wives tales. I think we could come up with better ideas if you read the Medical Journal on the chemical and physical reasons for cellulite in your body. If you wanna swallow disgusting cucumber water, and spread thick black coffee residue on your legs, than this is right up your alley.

I know that this would probably help, but I can't get past writing the alphabet on the wall with your bum. Sorry it just created a visual that has me rolling! Great advice though it made my day!

on 8/21/2008 The Starbucks here gives away the grounds for people to use in their garden. They set it out front in a little wheelbarrow.

on 8/5/2008 this is a temporary quick fix, notice how you rarely see cellulite on women that work out and keep their bodies healthy.
