on 6/30/2008 That's awesome Jinx196! Good to hear. I quit smoking over 20 years ago and used a similar program back then too and it helped me jog my first 10K a few months later. Not much has changed since then except for TV remotes...

on 6/30/2008 This is a great way for people to get started running, I have been a runner all my life, but my wife smoked for 13 years, and after 9 month of not smoking, she started this program, and she has done great, she has keep up with the program and loves to get out there and make it to the next level.
