on 3/27/2008 Great job! I noticed that people who devote their lives to exercise, and then all of a sudden QUIT, are the ones who gain so much weight later on in life. It's best to be honest with yourself. I am not dedicated enough to exercise everyday, therefore I turn to a healthy diet and will-power to maintain my weight. Great article on little steps you can take, instead changing your daily routine around just to fit in an exercise program!
