on 11/4/2007 Hey, I just tried this with a slow sink drain in the bathroom. With the smaller drain size, I used about 1/4 cup of salt and baking soda chased with a teapot of boiling water and it opened right up! Fantastic solution without $6.00 worth of chemicals!
