on 12/12/2007 Please please DO NOT use baby oil to clean leather. It will stay on the surface and attract more dirt and oils which are the two things which will eventually destroy the leather itself.

on 10/7/2007 My dad is a boot maker and he would never use baby oil to clean leather. The mineral oil in the baby oil will literally burn up the leather. We have always used mink oil or leather balm to do this. It really preserves the life of leather.
