on 6/15/2008 We enjoy badminton in the back yard. We purposely try to hit the birdie as far as possible so we have to run for it. This produces a lot of giggles too! Soccer is also a favorite in our home. :)

on 11/23/2007 I love your post! Yoga works well for my daughter and me, while my son rather have me chase him around the yard. Either way, be flexible with the likes and dislikes of your children, keep an eye on their safety and act like a kid!

on 11/23/2007 While sitting on the floor, Lean back to engage your abs while holding your baby in front of you, and bounce your baby up and down...it's like doing The Hundred from Pilates. For a more advanced move, try extending your legs out and holding them off the ground a few inches at the same time! You can do this move anytime!

on 9/3/2007 Most kids love to play 'chase around'. A great way to get kids running around is to simply kick a soccer ball and have them try to get it from you. You will be winded, trust me.
