on 2/19/2008 Great tips, never thought of that. We have a family deal where we pretty much pay less than even 1 person would at the other local gyms. And we got that deal by getting in when they first opened. Good tips!
on 1/27/2008 Remember in Rocky 4, when the Russian guy had all the gym equipment but Rocky was just in the snowy forest with home-made stuff? That's fiction, but it's amazing what you can do on your own, if you have resolve.
on 12/7/2007 Great tips. Another advantage is the opening of a new gym or just a new location. There is a gym in town here that has been tracking their progress in phases on the building. The earlier phase you join the bigger discount you get for LIFE.
