Return to article: How to Sew a Blanket Inside a Duvet Cover
on 8/26/2008 I love this. I have a duvet cover and no longer have the down comforter. I had another cover that I use as an extra, but dont necessarily like too much. I will do this. thanks so much kim
on 8/26/2008 I understand why you would want to do it. If your broke and can purchase a duvet cheaply, you can have a "new" quilt that doesn't slide around and get lost in the duvet. Way to thinnk out of the box!
on 8/26/2008 I think it's a dumb idea. The reason I have a duvet cover is to cover up my expensive feather comforter. I only have to wash the duvet as opposed to the comforter.
on 8/26/2008 Great idea.
on 7/16/2008 I love this idea. I hate how blankets get "lost" inside of duvet covers. Sewing them in would keep them in place.
on 5/2/2008 Thank you for this information. I wanted to do this, so I'll be following your instructions.
