on 6/3/2007 I really like this recipe. This seems like a great alternative to the usual dips at parties.
on 6/3/2007 It's more like a paste when I make it. I tried something new with it the other day: I toasted one side of some bread, then turned it over. On the other side I spread a thin layer of tomato puree, then a thick layer of mushroom pat, topped it with thick slices of Cheddar cheese and toasted it. It was really nice.
on 5/31/2007 Sounds yummy. Does the pate cut well in slices, or is it more like a paste?
