on 12/5/2007 Your best bet is to call the Rajin Cajun in Hermosa Beach during Crawfish season and see if they are have them. They have been known to serve them boiled.

on 6/12/2007 I suppose it's a matter of preference, I always suck the heads first, then peel the tails. Something about not letting too much air get into the head. Also, whole mushrooms and sausage make really good add-ins to the boil pot.
