on 4/7/2008 never had even a parking ticket,I had a glass of wine with diner,drove to the store and was stopped for a light being out ,charged with dwi,fine I accept this but what is crazy is to have this on my license for life .I have never been in trouble ,this smells of a political payoff by insurance company,s.Afirst offense does not make me a drunk.If you want to be right if a person is stopped a second time take their lisence for life the backward state of NORTH CAROLINA
