on 10/13/2007 I would not even think about shipping on this airline. I am sitting in a remote village typing this, and I was promised vaccine would be delivered to me yesterday. I know it made it to the terminal on time (I delivered it). When I call to find out what is going on, I am given three different stories about the situation. They have no idea what planes are in the air, and didn't seem to give a damn about my complaint. Now we have thousands of dollars of vaccine sitting around out there someplace and Hageland doesn't seem to give a damn about the people of Chevak AK. I have 15 volunteers waiting to provide vaccines and every call to Hageland gets some B.S. answer. I'll never fly these guys again if there is an alternative, and I WILL NOT ship cargo on them at all. Beware!!!!
