on 11/10/2007 I used pork side ribs with breast bone removed ans sweet and sour ribs. My brother has a gas grill, please make sure the heat is down before you put the ribs on. These were by far the best ribs I have ever cooked (I've done lots) and I got lots of raves. Thank you, Teresa
on 6/28/2007 I would never turn my pork ribs over so that the bone side is up. Bone side should always be down. And the membrane should be removed from the back side before cooking, or you'll have a hard time pulling them apart when served.
